Do not buy from this company They have said my item was delivered it was not! Yodel could not provide proof of delivery! They told me to get Maxpurecases to put in a claim to get my money back but when I told maxpurecases this they said my item was delivered and it was up to me to do this! People do not buy from this company they will not send a replacement or give you a refund if you do not get your item! And they are very rude in email. Warning do not buy from this company

Dear Tracey, There’s no easy way to say this, but everything you’ve stated is simply not true. The item tracking shows that it was delivered to your address, and a Yodel representative has confirmed this as well. In such cases, only you could have applied for an insurance claim, which could have compensated you up to £90. We responded to you professionally and consistently, outlining your options to file a complaint, but instead, you chose to focus your energy on posting negative feedback online. Had you followed our advice, you could have even profited from the situation. We serve over 250 customers each day, and in the rare instances—three times so far—when a customer claimed they did not receive an item despite tracking showing delivery, they simply signed a sworn affidavit, and since the amount was small, they were compensated within 48 hours. Unfortunately, you were too insistent on demanding a refund from us, resorting to name-calling and rude behavior (which, to be clear, was on your part, not ours), and threatening to "give bad feedback all over social media." MaxPureCases Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max Leather case in Ink. Beware products are counterfeit. So we had our reservations about this site, but being that 14 Pro Max cases are hard to find nowdays (most retailers have stopped stocking accessories) we decided to give them a go. The case arrived today, and the first thing I did was remove my Genuine Apple Forest Green leather case to compare. The iPhone font in the rear of the case is incorrect font and size (only marginally but quite obvious once you have them side by side). The font is also not as clear (but kind of to be expected seeing that the Ink colour is darker than the forest green). Secondly - the animation when you put a genuine case on is a ring the same colour of the case that ripples outwards, the counterfeit case supplied by MaxPureCases.com did have a animation. But it didnt show the colour of the case nor did it ripple out, I confirmed this a couple of times with different phones and I may put up a YouTube video to show the differences. Yes it was about 30% cheaper than a genuine product, so I should have known - but I have also managed to obtain genuine leather cases for a similar price on Amazon (Sold and Dispatched by Amazon) in the past so thought it possible to receive an authentic product. The box was an exceptional copy of the authentic product, and the case is VERY VERY close too (probably wouldn't recognise it as Counterfeit if you didn't have a genuine one to compare). I'm going to take this up with PayPal/MaxPureCases and listen to their response before I follow this up with Apples Legal/Counterfeit Prevention department. UPDATE: 22/08/2024 (Excellent After-Sales Support) I have already received a response from Pure Max Cases before this review went live. They explained that this sounds like a logisitcs issue with one of their suppliers in Germany have asked for photos/videos of the comparison so they can take this up with supplier. Its fantastic that the company is taking the complaint seriously and have already offered a refund for the product.

When it comes to leather cases, it's worth noting that the iPhone 14 series, which is Apple's last leather series, does not match the quality of the iPhone 13 series and falls short of the iPhone 12 series as well. This is why we rarely receive complaints about the older series of leather or silicone cases. Unfortunately, Apple stopped using full-grain leather for the later series, opting for a type of natural leather that tends to peel easily. As promised, we will replace the item for you, so you can review and test it yourself. I believe this may be one of the reasons why Apple no longer offers leather cases. Best regards, Max

Reply: I never received a response from you for both of my inquiries. One via email on 7/7 and another on your website ~a month after I got no response. Poor quality and customer service. I purchased an iPhone silicone case which had a tear just three months after purchase. I emailed the site twice and asked about exchanges but got no responses. The product is not genuine apple product and breaks apart easily. I won’t use this site again and won’t recommend it to anyone.

As we mentioned in our email correspondence, the damage to the protective case occurred weeks after your purchase and appears to be the result of a significant impact on a hard surface like tarmac or concrete. The primary function of the case is to protect your iPhone, and in this instance, it did its job. As you know, Apple wouldn’t replace items damaged from a fall either. It’s certainly more cost-effective to have a slightly cracked $35 case than to face the expense of repairing a screen or back glass on a $1,000 iPhone. Additionally, our products are sourced from a warehouse where they undergo a thorough inspection to ensure authenticity. The presence of the MagSafe chip and the animation that appears when the case is installed further confirms this. Moreover, our supplier is an authorized Apple distributor.
