I recently purchased a case didn’t even have it for a week and it snapped on the side in which I emailed the company and with no issues. They are sending me a replacement after showing photos. They were very helpful and I highly recommend.

Actually, having a seamless process on receiving a replacement for my defective product. Ness was so helpful and understanding even though I was slightly out of warranty, he authorized a replacement and it’s now attached to my iPhone. My only complaint would be the length of time in shipping it took for both the original and replacement to arrive. I am not quite sure why that might be? However I did notice text that mentioned the EU and their warehouse, perhaps that is where the item came from?

I ordered the wrong size phone case and the handle the situation amazing with fast replies and even on weekend amazing !

Customer Service is off the charts! After I made a mistake with my order, I contacted customer service, which was extremely responsive and resolved my issue right away. I was already impressed by the quality of the products, and now I'm even more so.

The Customer service amazed me. I ordered the wrong iPhone case and when I contacted the company for an exchange or refund they contacted me within minutes and like magic the iPhone case I needed was ordered at almost no cost to me. That kind of customer service doesn’t happen often.

I made a mistake when I ordered and ended up receiving something I didn’t want, totally my fault and they were so good about it! They replied promptly, came up with a fair solution and I ended up getting what I wanted. Thank you
