Beware, Software Maxbulkmailer v8.8.7 crashes and cannot be used as advertised. The program will not load and the developer even admits he can't fix the issue. I purchased this software 2 times. Refund was issued on the first purchase (4-10-24 but I purchased again 3 weeks later (4-25-24) when I was assured the problem was fixed. I was not. They refuse to refund my money on the second purchase even though in their on line guarantee it states “if due to technical difficulties (we are unable to solve thru our Help Desk) or platform incompatibilities the software will not function, we will issue a refund." A lie misrepresentation. Another lie, let’s see the email where you said it won’t work with windows server, you can’t because I use regular Windows 10. Don't you ever read the reviews?

I've have installed it on Windows server, but the software didn't work properly. It got stuck after checking 10- 20 emails. I've contacted customer support and had some conversation to solve the problem, which has finally hadn't been solved. Then customer support ignored me. So I have software which is useless.
