Received my order fairly quickly, but I never received an invoice, tracking number or order confirmation.

Bradly was the best resolving my problem. If it wasnt for him I wouldnt bought the product and gave them 1 star. Definitely he is the only one looking out for the company. Product wise it is well built and easy to assemble. instructions are not for the mechanically inclined I used the pictures to complete the assembly. But overall if you're looking for a garage lift this is the best out there.

When I receive the lift, I'll rate it then. The ordering process was very simple, and I'm looking forward to setting the lift up.

You get what you pay for. It does alot of work, its not very high, but if you can work from a stool or knee pads it works really well. It had a few scratches from shipping, and on of the stickers is partially removed and too dirty to stick. Over all it makes my shop look alot better and alot more functional. I'll know in a year if it's a guality lift or not. By then it should have made plenty of money and should still work great.

The packaging was crappy my maxjax was scratch up because of poor packaging.

I just received the lift and have not installed it yet. The shipper did not call and schedule the delivery as it said on the tracker. Luckily, I had enough room for the truck to get in unaided. It required a fair amount of work to get it lifted and on the dollies to move it into the shop once I got home, which would have been simple if I could have met the truck at delivery.

No instructions on equipment

The Product is well made for the price, Their assembly documentation is a little lacking but good enough to get the job done. I had a minor issue with mine and their customer service team was friendly and helpful in finding a solution.
