Not very happy
I requested my fax number to ported. However, I will admit I put the incorrect number on the first LOA and corrected it to the correct number to be ported however, they ported my fax and put in an order to disconnect my Main Number and when I found out only by accident what had happened my customer service person said he had nothing to do with it he had cancelled that order on January 8th. However, the disconnect notice was one number behind my fax number. He could give me nothing in writing and told me it was Verizon. He offered no assistance but finally after almost two weeks and a number of calls I have gotten my main number for my business back to normal without any help from MaxEmail. So I will really have to see if I made a mistake go with you or not. But I am giving you my opinion.

Hi Leshea, Thanks for your review, and I am sorry you did not have a great experience with your port! I spoke with Bill to see what happened to see how we can improve going forward. We quickly canceled the port order (same day) after hearing from you that the number on the LOA was incorrect. Verizon canceled the port, but did not cancel the disconnection internal to their network. Number porting can be tricky because we are dealing with two unrelated telephone companies. In most cases, we cannot interact with the customer's phone company (in this case Verizon), because we are not the end customer of that phone company. So there was no way for us to request Verizon to do anything on behalf of our customer. I'm glad you were able to get this issue resolved by Verizon, and I can assure you that your service with MaxEmail will be top notch! Best Regards, Jim Siwek MaxEmail.com
