Very quick response to all my questions

Very good communication during transition from customer service agent. Slow to finalize from old carrier to new. Said it was due to the company that they work with to port numbers over. . Went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. So far, very smooth and I'm receiving my faxes and able to send with no issues.

If anyone needs a fax service I would recommend that you consider e-mail to fax technology. Note: you will need a good fast scanner if you are going to be faxing often. There are many on the market that you can choose from. A great feature about MaxEmail is that their website is easy to navigate and allows you to fax a message on demand if you are on the road and have an internet connection. E-mail to fax technology has progressed over the years and MaxEmail delivers the service it advertises. I recommend them for use by others. I am an accountant and receive confidential faxes that need to come just to me. E-mail to fax was the solution I needed for my practice. I have used MaxEmail for only two months but I have received over 75 faxes. All have been received timely and clearly.

It is really a simple app and even just taking a pic of a document and faxing seems to work perfectly!

Thank you MaxEmail for being there when I needed it most. For what ever reason my Fax machine decided to poop out, and I had several apps that needed faxed to me and faxed back. Crisis time. I found MaxEmail, the price was a little high, but the service is awesome, and I found signing up fast, simple and quick. As soon as I was approved, the Faxes started rolling into my email. It allowed me to save the doc as a pdf and attach it to my worksite, so I receive a quicker response. In all, MaxEmail will ultimately save me time and money, and as a small business owner both of those are critical.

I used efax for over 15 years and recently switched to MaxEmail. Great price. My only objection is that I get spam faxes about once a week. I don't like that.

If you don't care what area code your phone number is in, the cost is great! Need another area code? Look elsewhere
