We have been working with this Company for going on 2years now. We are power only and Jack has done a great job at keeping us rolling. The Company takes care of sending all my information to our factoring company to make sure we receive our payment. Would highly recommend Jack for your dispatch service. C.L. Cooper Transportation.

Suspect business… They contacted me regarding dispatch services and promised the moon, but something didn’t feel right. They were asking for paperwork normal dispatchers don’t ask for and this made me question the legitimacy of this business. I had a friend call who does investigative work and long story short she told me she was treated rudely by a guy named Kevin. She said he got defensive when she asked pointed questions about operations and he threatened to look into her business like she was looking into his. So i demised What legit business would have issues with questions about operations and such. She was NOT convinced this service was legit and warned me to be very careful of sending documents with COI, authority letters and such as they could be modified. I decided to not engage in business with them as there were way to many red flags and I’m not willing to risk my business. I’m not saying they are or aren’t a legit business but there were way to many red flags for me and at the end of the day if it don’t feel right then go with your gut, which I did

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand and respect that trust is the foundation of any business relationship, and we never want any potential client to feel uncomfortable. We're sorry your experience left you with doubts. The documents we request, such as COI and authority letters, are standard requirements we collect to properly represent our carriers and ensure compliance with brokers. We understand this may feel unusual if you haven't worked with a full-service dispatch company before, and we should have done a better job explaining why those documents are needed. Regarding the interaction you described, we take all feedback about our team's conduct seriously. That is not the experience we want anyone to have, and we are addressing it internally. We would never want anyone to feel pressured or uncomfortable. If you're ever open to a conversation, we welcome the opportunity to answer any questions transparently and restore your confidence. Our goal is always to protect and grow our carriers' businesses, nothing less. Wishing you continued success on the road.
