Hi Wolf, Years of loyalty like yours is genuinely humbling — thank you for your continued support. The mental image of BuBu and Luca sprawled out in their maxbone beds is one we'll be smiling about all day. Earning "favorite spot" status is honestly the highest compliment a bed can get! Our beds are designed to feel like a proper retreat: supportive enough for a full-body flop, plush enough for a proper snooze, and durable enough to hold up to years of both. Wishing BuBu and Luca many more cozy afternoons — and thank you for the trust and the recommendation. We're grateful for both. Warm regards, The maxbone team

Hi Donna, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! The Christian Cowan collaboration is one of our favorites as well: pieces meant to be worn, seen, and loved! We love hearing that you've curated Chloe's collection in blue, forest green, and lavender — fabulous in every color for a chic look, one color at a time. Knowing Chloe gets stopped everywhere she goes is exactly the kind of fashionista moment we hope for! Speaking of which, we'd love to see Chloe modeling one (or all three!) — feel free to tag us on social at @themaxbone or send one our way directly. Please give her some ear scratches from us — here's to many more head-turning outfits ahead! Warm regards, The maxbone team

Hi Tessa, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! What a lovely journey — from Penelope's first hoodie last year to her loving our Freeze-Dried Raw Beef Recipe now. Starting with a single piece and having it grow into so much more is genuinely one of our favorite things. We take pride in creating pieces that work as beautifully as they look — whether that's a hoodie that becomes a wardrobe staple or a recipe that becomes a mealtime favorite! Speaking of her hoodie, we'd love to see Penelope in it if you wouldn't mind sharing — feel free to tag us on social at @themaxbone or to send one our way directly. We're honored to hear that you're "a customer for life" — it might be one of the biggest compliments a pet parent can give us. Thank you! Please give Penelope some ear scratches from us — here's to many more favorites ahead, in her wardrobe and her bowl! Warm regards, The maxbone team

Hi Bubba (& pet parent!), Thank you so much for coming back to share another glowing review — it means a lot to see you both again! Hearing that our Freeze-Dried Raw Recipes have earned the "best we've tried" spot is genuinely one of the biggest compliments a pet parent can pay us, especially given how many options are out there. That's one of the highest compliments our ingredients could earn — a meal Bubba genuinely looks forward to, and a treat when he wants a little extra. Our recipes are made to work however you feed, and the same real, whole-food nutrition shows up whether it's a full serving, a topper, mixed with water, for training, or a just-because treat. Thank you for being such a loyal member of the maxbone community. Give Bubba an extra scratch (and maybe a treat) from us — we're so glad to continue being part of his mealtimes. Warm regards, The maxbone team
