Hello Dear Customer, Thank you for bringing this up to our attention. Please note that the labels for our pocket perfumes are placed on the out cardboard packaging for every pocket perfume. As of now, our design team has to come with a solution to include a way to identify a pocket perfume once it is out of the box, however, the label used on the outer packaging is actually reusable. This label could be easily peeled off and placed on the actual atomizer itself. We kindly remind our customer about this small detail but please let our customer care team know about this incident since they were not informed about this issue. The third party company, Yotpo, realized that the order of the friend you referred is considered as invalid for you to receive the extra discount of $25.00. Hola Estimado Cliente, Muchas gracias por su comentario. Lamentamos mucho el no poder haberle entregado su pedido a tiempo. En este caso nosotros enviamos el paquete usando la compañía de transporte adecuada en respecto al producto y valor del costo de envío. En este caso el costo de envío para usted fue gratis, sin embargo nosotros tratamos dos veces de enviarle su paquete a travez de la misma compañía y ambas veces se nos regreso el paquete. Por el momento estamos haciendo un tercer intento de enviarle este paquete, en este caso usamos otra compañía diferente. Aunque nos cuesta mas caro todavía queremos que le llegue el paquete lo antes posible. Le ofrecemos nuestras sinceras disculpas, por favor tenga en cuenta que en ocasiones las compañías de transporte van a tener retrasos y/o no pueden hacerle el envío por diversas razones. In some rare instances, a pocket perfume will be defective from the manufacturer, if this is the case, our team will find a solution by sending a replacement. Unfortunately, we're currently out of stock for this specific fragrance. Our team made every effort to get in contact with you in regards to this matter, however, they did not get a response. Since we're currently out of stock for this fragrance nor do we have an estimated time by when we're re-stocking on it. We decided to issue a full refund back to the original form of payment. There's no need to return this item. We understand that this may not be the best outcome but please note that we tried to get in contact with you but did not a response back. According to our records, the original package had delays according to the carrier, at which point our team got in contact with them and eventually it resumed its course. Subsequently, this package was not picked up on time and it had to be returned back to us. During this whole process, our customer care team sent you a replacement package to minimize the waiting time, as of now, this replacement package is held at customs in your region awaiting clearance. Please be a little more patient until customs in your region contacts you in regards to this replacement package. We sincerely apologize for the delay with your package, but please note that we're doing our best to work with our carriers and sometimes thing will be out of our control.
