Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Please note that we've been doing our best to improve the quality of our pocket perfumes. Due to a high demand, we've changed our decanter bottles to a more sophisticated look, at the same time, we have minimized the problem of leaking around the sprayer, and that quality of the product itself is to appeal our clientele. In order to keep the price margin and cost the same for everyone, we had to make this decanter bottle a 5 ml instead of the previous 8 ml we had. Please note that we are always doing our best to work with our customers and we would've appreciated it if you got in contact with us if you were unhappy with your purchase. Moreover, I could see that you received a 30% discount on your entire order which is our maximum discount in this case. Regarding you free gift that arrived damaged, please note that we always ensure that every package gets protected against damage during transit, but please understand that we also have to rely on the carrier to provide their best service as well. Unfortunately, that will not always be the case. By the pictures you sent us, only the outer retail box was damped/wet (not counting the shipping box), the product itself was perfectly fine, again, this was a free gift. You reported this issue to us and as courtesy we agreed to send you the same product as a replacement on your next shipment, which we did. In regards to the authenticity, our products are 100% original, we provide them exactly in the same conditions as we receive them. Please be aware that we're not in control of production, we only make sure that this is authentic. There might be a slight difference from batch to batch and that could be the reason why you might have felt confused. There will be instances when a product may arrive defective from the manufacturer and we would be happy to assist you by replacing the defective bottle.
