Just check those pocket refill fragrance If they are authentic from manufacturer. My pocket cologne creed aventus doesn’t smell original , and I call for return, staff said I have to call the creed company And can’t accept return

Please note that we are not the manufacturers for any of the fragrance we sell in our website. We are an online retailer for several fragrances. When it comes to Creed, we do source this brand from the authorized distributor in the United States. We've been in the business for over a decade and it would not make sense for us to provide a fragrance that is not original. As a matter of fact, we do refill our pocket perfumes directly from the retail bottle into the pocket perfume to avoid any form of mistake. When one of our agents was taking care of this issue for you, you accepted a $5 store credit as a courtesy from our part in order to keep this item and we explained that if you tried Aventus from different batches, you may feel a different performance on it, hence, getting in contact with the brand would be the best course of action if you needed to find more details about the performance of it. Given that you accepted the $5 as store credit, we considered this case closed, then again, we would have appreciated it if you followed up with us via email, phonecall and/or chat.
