Was just informed that normal shipping is 12 days....my package has been going back and forth from Maspeth to Jersey. Definately a red flag. UPS says that its lost and its not in transit. I paid extra for the insurance too. So much for a valentines day present. Maxaroma wont do anything for 12 days....done shopping with them. NOW you reply? 7 months later? Never using Maxaroma again.

I rarely leave reviews, especially negative reviews, you guys can check my profile, but I just had a really awful experience with the purchase on MaxAroma that I want to share here. I doubt the authenticity of the products on this website, and I had a really bad experience with the so-called customer care team. The item I purchased arrived with a defect. The agent said I can either replace it or get a $5 refund. I chose a replacement. Then I said more than once across the return process that I prefer a replacement, but they ignored my repeated requests and made decisions for me without any notifications or permissions. They told me there are multiple bottles with the same defects due to the manufacturer, and they are afraid that I may get another defective bottle, so they just refunded me. But why are the so-called defective bottles still on sale? Also, I first met a customer service agent who hung up on me. It was from MaxAroma. Thank you so much for all the nightmares.

These people don't have the heart to listen to the customers with what happy with the reason of return rather so rudely collect stacking fees even when I received damaged items. It is unacceptable

to be honest, if I wouldn’t have to because they deliver to US/Boston, I would never order again. The order process is extremely annoying.. paying thousands of dollars for an order and after a few minutes it’s deleting the cart. before I could order. Every time I tried to order as a guest it asks for a password and creates an account but then says it’s the wrong password. Tried to send a new password via mail - never got one. Tried to order in SAFARI (Mac) - error every time. I tried approximately 6 times before I could finally order. It’s a mystery to me how such a bad ordering process is working for you as a company. Plus allthe stress I have now to send you all these information.. I deeply hope that I never need to order with you again. They wanted to me to send a copy of my credit card via mail (!) for security check? Are you serious?

WARNING!!! I purchased 6.8oz Dior Sauvage edp cost 160 dollars. I recieved a fake. I sent the fake back and they acknowledged it was a fake but refuse to give me a refund blaming me that it’s fake. This has been the worst’s experience I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. Dispite the numerous reviews that the same bottle is fake. No apolopgy for sending fake. No concern for the customer. I would advise using any other website. If you receive a fake item they claim they don’t sell fakes and put the blame on you. Research them and see I’m not the only person with this issue. They take absolutely no responsibility for the fake items they sale. Not only that, they want me to send them a return label to send me the fake bottle they sold me to start with. There are several reviews that the same bottle people recieved was fake yet they blame the customer. Scammers spend your hard earned money somewhere else. I did get a refund but had to dispute with my credit card. MaxAroma did absolutely nothing to make this right. They have removed every review I left on their site and have tried to dispute and have every review I left other places such as trust pilot to remove them. All that yet still not once have reached out to the customer and simply apologize for the experience. This was the first time I ever used them and due to the experience will never use them again or recommend anyone use them at all. There are to many companies that if something like this happens wants to make it right. They do nothing but accuse me of sending them a fake when I sent them back the exact item they sent me when I purchused it. Responding to their reply. I was refunded however I had to go through my credit card. The item was acknowledged to be fake. I was told the item I returned was a fake and they don’t sell fakes so it didn’t come from them. I sent them the exact item I was sold and was told the item I sent back was fake and I needed to return the genuine item they sold me. They refused to give a refund or apologize such as reply below. Their response is simply another reason to stay away from them. Simply read the many reviews of others with the exact same experience. They were no help at all and just wanted my money. Didn’t care at all that they sold a fake item. Don’t trust them at all if you get a bad item they do not care. The credit card company made it right. Not MaxAroma so please don’t pretend yall took care of the situation. You did not.

absolute scam. They are selling fake Creed fragrances purchased through an unauthorized third party seller. I have spoken directly with Creed customer service and they confirmed that the bottle I purchased ($250 RPO) is fake. Rather than giving these scammers info on what went wrong with their packaging- please call the perfumer directly if you have questions about the authenticity of your bottle. They have reported they are aware Max Aroma is doing this and from the ridiculous customer service experience I had today; they intend to continue this scam. A reputable company would verify the merchandise beforehand, not to mention not have the gall to continue selling the fake items even after confirmation. I will never purchase from Max Aroma again and discourage you from doing so as well. They do not stand behind their products and have poor customer service to add insult to the experience.

i am deeply disappointed with the service regarding my lost parcel OR797414. Despite paying extra money for insurance , my parcel was never delivered and company failed to provide a timely or refund.their responses was slow, and unhelpful,showing a clear lack of respect for customer concerns.

MY PURCHASE WAS INTENDED TO BE A GIFT FOR MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY; UNFORTUNATELY THE PACKAGE RECEIVED ONLY CONTAINED TWO BONUS SAMPLES AND WAS MISSING THE MAIN ITEM (340 USD VALUE). THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED ON-TIME; REQUIRING SIGNATURE FOR RECEIPT. THE PACKAGE TAPE APPEARED TO BE TAMPERED WITH AND PROVED TO BE EXCEPTIONALLY LIGHT IN WEIGHT. I DISPOSED OF THE BOX AND CHECKED MY EMAIL HOPING THAT THE MAIN ITEM WAS SHIPPED SEPARATELY. NO OTHER EMAIL WAS FOUND; ONE ORDER NUMBER/ONE PACKAGE SHIPPED. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE FOR ASSISTANCE REGARDING MY CONCERN AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD INVESTIGATE THE MATTER. SHORTLY AFTER; I RECEIVED A VIDEO FOOTAGE FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR DEPICTING THE ENTIRE PACKAGING PROCESS. ALL ITEMS WERE PACKAGED TOGETHER. I THEN INQUIRED AS TO HOW I SHOULD FOLLOW UP WITH RECEIVING MY ORDER. I EXPLAINED THAT THE PACKAGE APPEARED TO BE TAMPERED WITH AND IT MAY HAVE POSSIBLY BEEN OPENED WHILE IN TRANSIT (COURIER). CUSTOMER CARE SUGGESTED AN INSURANCE CLAIM THROUGH THEIR INSURER OR CONTACT MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION TO STOP PAYMENT. CUSTOMER CARE REQUESTED THAT IMAGES OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND DETAILS OF THE PACKAGE WEIGHT AND HEIGHT. UNFORTUNATELY; I HAD ALREADY DISPOSED THE BOX AND THERE IS NO WAY TO RETRIEVE IT. AT THIS POINT CUSTOMER CARE STATED THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO HELP. THIS WAS MY FIRST PURCHASE AND BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE I'VE COME ACROSS.
