Received my Package on time + Free Gifts

Maxaroma Has been my Go to Store for my Fragrances, Placed an order and received it in 2 days + They Sent me Chocolates which was a great surprise. I talked to a gentleman Ronald and he genuinely gave me information about a perfume that I was trying to purchase. They have a huge variation of niche fragrances hat are hard to find at any local stores. So he sent me some extra samples for me to Test. I loved Masque Milano Tango and I would consider this as my signature scent going forward.

Maxaroma continues to impress. My first order was lightening fast at peak shipping times, and now I have experienced the excellence of their customer service after I mistakenly checked out with an extra item during my second order. My first response was to cancel the whole order, but then, considering I still wanted one of the items, I then immediately contacted customer service asking if they could cancel my cancel and just remove what I didn't want. They corrected it, refunded the item, contacted me, and started the shipping label for the corrected order in less than 24 hours. Oh! And they gave me options for freebies at checkout, including samples and, what I chose, a full 2.7oz (75ml) bottle of brand name mens perfume! All this with free shipping. All these are reasons to shop with them, but coming off a bad customer service experience with jomashop, I would say the customer service is really like a breath of fresh air and security. They still have the quality and drive of a much more intimate business.

Wonderful products always have a pleasant experience when shopping on maxaroma for all my fragrance needs .. will surely recommend this site to friends and family ☺️

All blind buys an they turned out to good. Some great prices you just have to spend some time looking and educating yourself. Some of the fastest turn around time and shipping I have experienced with a fragrance company. I will be buying from Maxaroma again!
