Hello Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. Regarding your order going to Canada, please note that we processed it in a timely manner and handled it to the respective carrier on 05/11/2023. The estimated time for an international package to arrive is around 15 business days approximately. We understand that time is of the essence which is why we called the carrier to find out more details about this package. As of today, 05/29/2023, this package is currently in Canada going through the inspection process by customs. Once it is cleared, it will be out for delivery. Hello Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. According to the tracking history, your last order was delivered using the usual carrier to the exact same address we have on file. It was delivered to the nearest access point to your residence which seems strange since this is the first time that this happens. Nonetheless, we could see that this package was successfully delivered on time using our free shipping service (Max2Days). The only inconvenience would be that it went to an access point as previously mentioned.
