So far, I've had a good/normal experience with Maxaroma. Prices are great to average. Amount of products is good to great, and shipping was normal to fast. Placed my order and it showed up when scheduled. Product was brand new and great. But you can't tell much about a company and their service until you run into an issue or need to do a return, and I haven't had to do that yet. So we'll see. So far, so good.

The products came in a nice box with an adequate amount of stuffing to prevent damage. The price of my items are excellent as well. Only downside, lousy shipping. It's free so I won't complain, but how do I get a notice that my order shipped but it sits in the post office for 2 days? Again, I took free shipping so beggars can't be choosers I guess.

If you talking about my recent purchase, I have not received it yet. There was some difficult y with the shipping process. A representative from Max Aroma help me to resolve the issue. Soon I will receive my package. But my first order with came on time and well pack.

Great cologne for a fair price. I’ve purchased it for a little less but needed it soon for a trip. Easy to order and arrived in a timely manner.

Price are a little steep. But they offer a great variety of fragrances also they offer free shipping on all orders which i think is great.
