If this is your first time trying a new fragrance, we always recommend ordering our decant bottles which come in 5 ml, but if for some reason you cannot find our 5 ml for that specific scent, we could arrange something on request basis. Moving forward, we could not find any emails, chats, or claims about this issue. We would have loved to hear from you as soon as possible. Should there be any inconvenience, please note that we would like to hear from you as soon as you receive your package. In addition, please go back to your original invoice, in there you will see that the bottle of 100 ml of Amor Amor that was requested is actually a TESTER bottle. We mentioned that this bottle was a tester in our website and in your invoice. When it comes to our tester bottles, it means that the product was never used, it may or may not come with a cap depending on the brand, it does not include a retail box and it comes straight from the manufacturer as is. Moving forward, you are still on time to send this item back for a refund. Please log in to your account, look for your order and send us a return request for this item. Hello Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the bad experience. According to our records, your order was placed on 12/30/2022. In your order, there was a special request at that time which is Versace Eros for Men 3.4 oz 100 ml EDP (2 Business days for handling time) and you were given an estimated time of arrival for your package which was for 01/09/2023. Please note that during those days, our providers and carriers were still having delays due to the recent holidays that just passed. Nonetheless, we tried several times to get this product on time and it was until today, 01/09/2023 that we had received this product in our facility. In addition, you sent us a cancellation request for the entire order and our automatic system had refunded you in full for this order back in 01/06/2023. The refund process should take around 2 to 3 business days for it to be finalized. We understand that this order may have take one or two more days for it to be fulfilled but we also have to rely on our carrier's service and our providers as well, which is why we emphasize on an estimate delivery date for every package. I hope this helps to clarify how our system works, specially during holidays and/or when it comes to special requests such as our products listed as "2 business days for handling time". Hello Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. Regarding your latest purchase. Please note that you placed this order on 11/23/2022. Two of the requested items had a description of "2 business days for handling time" which means that we should have received the requested item by the 28th of November (note that we're closed on Thanksgiving day). Your estimated time of arrival for this package showed as 11/29/2022 which was a mistake from our system. Instead, our system should have provided you with an ETA of 12/01. On November 28th we received a chat from you and we mentioned that at that time we were still expecting the items with 2 business days for handling time. According a chat transcript regarding this issue, you wanted us to issue a refund for the missing items and send the rest. By 11/30, we received a cancellation request for the entire order which automatically puts your order on the cancellation and refund process. Please note that since the items requested were a special order (2 business days for handling time) we rely on our distributor(s) to send us the products on time. Subsequently, we received a cancellation request for the entire order and our automated system proceeded with a full refund in this case. We would like to express our sincere apologies for not being able to fulfill this order on time, we're doing our best to fulfill every order on time but due to the high demand during these holidays, there may be delays with a shipment. On the side note, we always responded to your emails and chat, our fault would be for putting our trust in the transportation time frame during the holidays which may be understandably delayed. We started the refund process back to the original form of payment on 11/11/2022. Typically, the refund process might take up to 5 business days for it to be finalized. Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Our sincere apologies for the confusion. We received a claim about this product being damaged. At that moment, our system did not allow us to send you a prepaid return label through that claim, which is why you received a "rejected" message, however, in that same message, we gave instruction to send us a return request instead so that we can process and send you a return label to do an exchange. Our IT department recently fixed this issue and we recently sent you a prepaid return label to send this item back to us for a refund or exchange.
