Within just a few hours of signing up, I faced multiple red flags: Their support team asked for my GoDaddy login credentials, which is completely unprofessional and a security risk. Instead of simply guiding me through DNS settings, they kept insisting on domain transfer, which I never requested. Poor support—slow, unhelpful, and with confusing responses that did not solve my issue. I immediately requested a full refund and account cancellation, as I couldn’t trust them with my domain. Avoid this company if you value security and professionalism.
