Unprofessional & Security Risk – Avoid This Hosting Provider
I had a terrible experience with maxapex.com. Within just a few hours of signing up, I faced multiple red flags: Their support team asked for my GoDaddy login credentials, which is completely unprofessional and a security risk. Instead of simply guiding me through DNS settings, they kept insisting on domain transfer, which I never requested. Poor support—slow, unhelpful, and with confusing responses that did not solve my issue. I immediately requested a full refund and account cancellation, as I couldn’t trust them with my domain. Avoid this company if you value security and professionalism.

Hello, The person was unable to add the DNS entry on their end. We requested and clearly explained how to add the DNS entry in their GoDaddy account, but they did not complete the process. Since they were unable to add the entry, we offered to do it on their behalf. We have processed the full refund as requested. Just out of curiosity, I noticed your Trustpilot account is filled with negative reviews about various companies.
