Following a review of the account, we identified processing activity and volume levels that exceeded the parameters the account was established to support. A portion of the funds were released on October 1, and the remaining will be eligible for review after 30 days. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. While we understand your disappointment, account decisions are made only after a detailed review of processing activity and risk factors. The registration fees were related to the registration requirements applicable to the account at the time of onboarding. However, merchant accounts remain subject to ongoing review after activation. In this case, the account no longer met our underwriting requirements, resulting in account closure. We wish you and your business all the best.

We understand your concern regarding the chargebacks that appeared on your account. Following a thorough review with our payment network and processing partners, we confirmed that the issue originated from an industry processing error outside of Maverick's control and was not caused by any action taken by Maverick or your business. While the delayed posting of previously authorized transactions understandably resulted in customer disputes, the underlying issue has since been fully resolved. Importantly, all related disputes were ultimately rejected and waived, resulting in no financial loss or monetary impact to your business. Since then, your account has been closed at your request. As an additional precaution, we are conducting a complete reconciliation review to verify that no charges were inadvertently applied. We will update your existing support ticket with our findings and issue a credit should any adjustment be warranted. We recognize that this situation caused frustration and concern, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked with our processing partners to resolve an issue that originated outside of Maverick's control and ensure there was no financial impact to your business.
