During the Memorial Weekend of 2026, my wife & I purchased a Beautyrest Silver BRS 900 from Salesperson Scott in Sarasota,Florida. The purchased event had a few payment errors but, it was fixed. Also, I was believing that my purchased included the removal of old mattress & bedding base. My delivery was set for a week later. On Friday 05/29/26, my delivery was scheduled for 4 pm - 7pm. Everything was going as planned then I received a text that my schedule delivered would arrive @ 2:50 pm. The Mattress Warehouse Delivery mens arrived BUT, they spoke little English, they didn't really introduce themselves, they were rushing to get things done and the bottom line, Not professional in delivery services. I have to raise my voice because one of the Hispanic man lacked understanding. This same person was rude by coming into my home and leaving the front door open. I had to tell him to go close my front door. He would slammed my front door upon exiting my house to retrieve items from truck. I was thinking that Salesman Scott had given me the White Gloves Delivery of setting up bed with adjustable base and hauling away the old Mattress. As a customer, the delivery guys didn't show me a delivery invoice nor was I required to sign any paperwork/give my signature. I would says that this organization have a nice display of products BUT, Un- Kind and Un-Professional Delivery Service.
