Copyright infringement on one of my wife’s works. Company would not respond, or even attempt to right the situation. Have had to escalate through the social media channels, and sought counsel to resolve.

Customer service sucks. Tracking number given yields no results. 60 days now and still awaiting for my order to deliver. Filed a claim and was turned down with no explanation. No one to chat to, they don’t even read my emails. They just stick to stereotypical answers with no option to reply back. When you fail to deliver you ought to refund. That simple. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I ordered a t shirt weeks ago, never came. Asked for a refund, said no. Waited a couple more weeks, offered part refund and said still waiting to be shipped. I want a full refund and they can keep the t shirt!!

Ordered my t shirt on May 26 and os of today it hasn’t been shipped. Won’t do business with them again. I keep getting the run around. First it was 5-15 business days than up to 20.

Very dissatisfied with the phone cases. The first one I ordered I realized it was the wrong phone size.I looked at my order because they show you what step they were in producing my phone case and reached out to them immediately. They told me it was already to be shipped and I knew that was wrong so I said I was send it back and reorder. They automatically ordered the same one and again I notified them immediately and again they said it has already shipped.Well when I received it the first and second time it was made very cheaply!! Very cheap plastic and the picture they showed to be printed on it was off centered both times. So now I'm returning it for a full credit.

Terrible. Do not buy from this company. They sent two random cases right after the first one was wrong and got the second one replacement wrong again. Then said to file a complaint with the department for a third time. I did for the third time and they told me they did not refund. Pretty shady. Stay away.
