I have met with several "career" coaches in the past. I was never inspired or felt they really told me anything that I didn't already know --my struggle was setting and reaching my goals. I always settle. In 45 minutes Matt gave me an action plan with tactics and then sent me backup material to help me execute. 45 minutes. Truly amazing. He gave me half a dozen powerful tools but my favorite was "Go Dark and get to work." I cannot wait to get to work and see what happens. Thanks Matt.
