Corporate Graduation® (formerly Uncaged Life Design)Reviews of matthewdoan.com

I’ve been working with Matt for approximately two months utilizing his ULD program and have found it to be outstanding. The content, lessons and support he provides leads you down a path of leading a fully self-directed life. Even more importantly though, you will be connected to a community of like-minded, talented and driven people who are on a similar journey. Best investment I’ve ever made in myself.

I came to Uncaged Life Design (ULD) after the dissonance between my seemingly great career and the deep sense of restlessness I was living in became unbearable. Think of ULD as a bootcamp for resetting your mindset, learning to be truer to yourself, redefining your beliefs about work, instilling powerful daily habits, drafting a plan for shifting your career, and starting implementation. It will be an intense ride, painful at times, truly rewarding in the end. Among the best investments of time, energy and money I have made in my life. Matt strikes a perfect balance between a mystic guide and a ruthlessly pragmatic and down-to-earth businessperson. Totally recommended.

I've started working with Matt as I felt the urge to develop a sel-directed life leading to exponential personal and professional growth. Matt was exactly the right person to help me witj that as he has gone though a similar journey before me, fully understands the constraints and roadbloacks of somebody used to corporate world and the duties as family providers so he could gently but firmly push me forward outside of those boundaris which sets him apart from any other coaches out there. His approach is systematic and process oriented so you have clear focus on the next required action and yet inspiring and empowering so you are compelled to take bold initiatives to make tangible progress. In under 3 months working together I went from a vague transactional online business concept to develop a transformational online business offer that I get goose bumps only talking about and I already secured my first high ticket client (with no testimonials and no prior experience in this). That comes down to unique's Matt approach that teaches you how to defy logic for yourself and the people you are meant to serve in order to achieve extraordinary results. Simply put, without Matt's framework, individual guidance and the community he has built around me I would have never achieved anything close to this. Thank you Matt and team. You have been a blessing

The first time I heard Matt's message I knew he was talking to me! I was trying to figure out how to recover from my own personal hell, which included suffering from severe burnout and overwhelm related to my corporate management job. My emotional, mental and physical scorecards all read zero! Within a short period of time after joining the program and working with Matt, I started to implement key fundamental habits I had learned in order to create more space, time and energy that was essential in gaining a newfound vigor and outlook on life. Matt's program allowed me to identify what my inner passions and zones of genius were in order to then determine who I was best meant to serve in this world. The step-by-step instruction and support provided on the business-building aspect of the program has been incredible and just what I needed! I am still in the incipient stages of entrepreneurship, but I know I have found the right the community and coach to make that dream a reality.

I started working with Matt as I was at a career crisis... or crossroads...I realized the path I was on wasn't the one I wanted. On the program itself, I was skeptical at first (probably one of the biggest skeptics) and I analyzed and developed pro/cons lists to think about whether I should work with him--Thank goodness my skepticism didn't get the best of me. I jumped in feet first and about half way through the program I have achieved tangible outcomes including reclaiming time in my corporate role, accepting/internalizing, and making real plans for my entrepreneurial venture, and doing the real work on building a new business and offering with Matt's content and coaching to guide me along the way. My mindset has also completely shifted -- I was traditional, 'follow-the-rules', 'always-play-it-safe' and now I am ready to take an unconventional route which will get me to the life (and earning potential) I want and am capable of. Matt's program is not just a career shift -- it's a full life-changing mindset shift that will trickle down into all parts of your life. Take the 45 minute call, dig in with Matt, and see if he's the first step on the journey to the rest of your (better) life.

Working with Matt and the team in his group was absolutely the missing link that I needed to making my transition to my consulting gig from a W-2 job. I had been attempting this for a few years on my own, but was "missing something". THIS group was IT!!! Would recommend to anyone that is serious about making the jump to kick off their career outside of a typical W-2 career.

Matt and the ULD program caught my attention because of his position on NOT ditching corporate life (immediately). By better controlling my corporate environment and thereby creating space I didn't previously have, I was able to create and build momentum in my personal business endeavors, while also improving things on the corporate front. Another differentiating factor about Matt is that his coaching combines mindset principals with real tactics - the latter of which are lacking or underwhelming from other programs I have tried. After working with Matt for just a couple of weeks, those tactics resulted in meaningful results in both my corporate and personal pursuits. I'm excited to see even more growth by continuing to work with Matt and the other like-minded people in the ULD program. The experience has been transformative.

As my time in a senior corporate role was coming to an end, finding the Uncaged program was a blessing. Matt and his team have created an outstanding platform to help you breathe, plan and prioritize. The program hits all the right notes and tones to drive forward momentum in your new life. Highly recommend.
