While the wait for the item was extended, communication with customer service was superb.

Excellent customer service! Received an 80% lower that was the incorrect. I notified Matrix & they immediately initiated sending me another lower with the correct finish. I was able to keep the incorrect lower as well. I also must comment on the quality. The finish of both lowers was excellent! Also the non reciprocating upper receiver with bcg is a great price! Excellent product.

I purchased a complete upper....and have now completed the rifle...its quality machining!

Very quality lower. Got four stars only because shipping was slow because they were in the process of moving there shop.
