I never got my full order at all you still owe me my other part of my order you advised you had it when you never did and have not contacted me back

Order was short by 2 lower receivers. Not cool. I contacted y’all and someone told me they would look Into it. 2 weeks pass and the lowers show up. No communication other than “we will look into it”. When you are selling weapons, communicate with your customers. Tell them what the plan is. Let them know the tracking information so everyone is informed. These lowers are BLEM, too. Screw Matrix Arms. I’m disputing the charges from them for this. It’s not like I can call them and speak to them about it! They never answer the phone or return calls.

It sucks when a company has a great product and shitty customer service especially when dealing with the items they do and the customers who purchase them. But it is what it is, live and learn move on there is always someone else...

I received verification of my order and then the very same day they refunded everything with no explanation.

Ordered a year ago, item marked shipped a week after placing order. Never recieved item. Recently fot an email about 3-4 weeks ago stating item shipped (???), still haven’t recieved item. Reviewing solely because you sent me an email asking how you did.

I canceled my order and they sent it anyway, 3 weeks late. 0 communication from the company, many email, voicemails later and not a single response. I did get a could messages from the Facebook page where they confirmed my order and I confirmed cancelation, and yet they still shipped it.

No tracking number… no calls, email or anything. Tried to call and could not get through to anyone and also sent emails…. Nothing. It also took a month to get shipped The product is fine but the experience was bad

Are they even in business still? I've ordered a upper and they withdrew money from my account I've tried emailing them and no response. I tried calling them at the listed number and it is not in service. How are you going to automate taking my money but not even reply or send my items. Shut down your site.
