What was an unfortunate start to business with Maternity Miracles, ended gracefully and with understanding! Simply, their product wasn’t for us, I can’t say it is a great product but that is our opinion, and we would recommend you ask questions! I will end with this positive note… They took care of our refund, thank you!

Customer service was amazing I broke a part of my adaptor and they were so helpful , they responded really fast to me and they responded notifying me that they receive the adaptor I really appreciate for not forgetting of me , I’m obsess with my babies stroller

Looove the stroller, had trouble with a piece I lost myself and they went above and beyond to help me even though it wasn’t their fault, excellent customer service !!!

I recieved a defective product, & returned it for a refund. The company advised me to use the stroller anyway, for a partial credit. Why would I use a broken carseat & stroller for my newborn child??? That was terrible advice. Furthermore, after several emails I am still trying to get my refund. This is such poor customer services.

Worst mistake ever! THE MOST CHEAPEST MATERIAL EVER , please please please look else where , the pictures are definitely luxury looking but the stroller is definitely NOT IT. Hated it. Mark my words lol

The blue premium 3-1 stroller is awesome my wife loves it.When we lost on of the wheels, they were able to send out another one free of charge. Thank you.
