I’m very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a car seat from this company, only to discover at the hospital that it was missing critical safety components — the chest harness and leg straps. As a result, the hospital would not allow us to leave with my newborn grandson until we purchased a completely new car seat system on the spot. This was not only stressful but also completely avoidable had the product been safe and complete. The car seat sold to me is not suitable for use with infants in the U.S., and I now have no use for it. To make matters worse, I’ve been unable to reach anyone by phone, and despite emailing them over 24 hours ago, I’ve received no response. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable when it comes to products that directly affect infant safety. I will never purchase from them again and would strongly caution others to double-check any product received from this company before relying on it.

What was an unfortunate start to business with Maternity Miracles, ended gracefully and with understanding! Simply, their product wasn’t for us, I can’t say it is a great product but that is our opinion, and we would recommend you ask questions! I will end with this positive note… They took care of our refund, thank you!

Customer Service sucks,you can't get through byy phone so sending and email is the only to communicate. It's a beautiful stroller however, it's a safety issue as well as an inconvenience for a stroller to be sold without a base. There's no option on the website for the base to be sold separately. Strollers aren't cheap so to spend another 300 -400 just for a car seat is absolutely ridiculously. Thanks alot for all your inconvenience

Stroller is actually ok for it’s money but their customer service is just the worst. They forgot to send me free accessories and a base mattress, after leaving them about 5 messages finally I get a response full of apologies and promises. Then 3 weeks later I had to remind them to actually send me that base mattress. Long story short a week later I receive some completely different accessories and NO MATTRESS! They are such a joke! Still waiting for them to send me a mattress but I feel like I’ll have to actually buy one myself because it might take a year for them to send the right stuff. I don’t recommend, it’s better to buy a stroller from a reliable source.

I tried to contact you guys for 2 week,this was my second time ordering from you guys, my first order was great but my second order was dissatisfying. I ordered a black stroller from you guys and when I got it the box was beat up and the stroller was used everything was already opened the stroller had stains and you could tell where someone tried to clean it I’m unhappy because it’s a nice stroller and I really wanted to get my moneys worth I still haven’t heard back from you guys I definitely don’t want the stroller for my infant it’s a pandemic and I don’t trust where the stroller has been.
