This is highway robbery i was tricked via bovoda game to deposit $1500 into matchplay and then set up account with them but when i go to complete the email verification code never comes. Support is slow and says rest assure your money safe but our system is down and we dont know when it will be fixed.

I added my money less than 24 hours ago and i cant login i cant get a refund. Not a great way to start an app i thought would be useful. Its clearly not and I want my money back! It toook all day to speak to someone and all they say is trust us we are trying to fix all our problems

Don’t use. Say my login credentials are wrong so I then just try and change my password and never get a email from them. Now the chat with them doesn’t work and they never email. It’s a scam!!!!!

I had a Suspicious 2 weeks ago. My account got Hacked luckily Match pay Team stop those trades. Match pay does stand by what they say. All you have to do is Answer the question they asked. Match pay isn’t allowed to take credits. But there are plenty of Scammers out there. Just gotta be aware of the trades you doing

I used used Matchpay for over a year now no problems until 2 nights ago a user bravenight94 sent me a picture cropped out of 500 dollars and Matchpay let him do it they said I didn’t submit proof and they never asked for proof and I didn’t know where to send it. They also haven’t responded back to my emails… beware don’t use MatchPay

This site is a rip-off. I sent my $ by cash app. The site cancelled my transaction incorrectly. They refuse to refund my $200 or give me the credits. Their customer service is AI and not a real person. Don't use this site.
