Worst experience I have ever had with an alleged “peer to peer” money transfer group. They trap your funds and offer Zero explanation about why their platform is not working. No customer service, except for chats that don’t resolve anything. Match-No-Pay simply blames you (the customer) for their platform not working. Stay away from MatchPay!

Straight scam! Merchant will receive your money and cancel trade. Even after sending proof match pay will not resolve or credit your account. Stay away!!

Matchpay.app let kemberlying Rodriguez take 40$ thru zelle last week and didn't do nothing about it even after bank screenshots were sent to support@matchpay website. Worse website ever! James

I've been using Matchpay through Bovada for several years now. I make an average of 3-5 trades a day. I have never been scammed. I have never not gotten my money when someone doesn't confirm a trade. They require an extensive amount of proof when you have to show that you did send someone money. .. Pics or screenshots of, your web browser so they can see the address of the page you're actually on, your profile page, all transactions for the entire day in question, the other person's name in the search bar to make sure you typed it in correctly, all transactions between you and that person, and the completed transaction record. With a platform like this, of course people are going to try to find ways to manipulate the system. That's expected, unfortunately. I wouldn't base your judgment on folks who have had one or even two bad experiences. It's going to happen occasionally. I saw one review that mentioned not having any issues when they traded in smaller amounts. I never deposit more than 50 at a time. After all, I'm there to win money, not to give it away. If you do wish to go big, then it's probably best to deposit using crypto currency. Also they have really awesome customer service. They are fast at resolving and completing trades, and are super friendly. It usually takes about 5 minutes from opening the chat, to getting your money deposited when someone doesn't confirm. The only times I've ever been irritated was when I very first started using this platform. I didn't have a computer, so I argued every time I had to prove I sent money to someone and couldn't show an open web browser. That is a good thing because it shows that they diligently follow the protocol for verification. Play along and you'll be just fine. They are very nice people and offer a convenient service so you never have to wait to cash out. If there were no bad experiences, then there would be no improvements.

Weird but worked - a risky alternative to blockchain payout but went smoothly for me.

I quick using matchplay, you can get scam to easy and they are not doing anythong about it. The people that are the victimn are the ones that are getting flaged as being the scammers. Its not worth it.

I never write reviews but this company is so awful and I don't want someone else to experience what I just went through. I wish I could give it zero stars. Awful customer service that provides zero help. I was using for the first time and I was locked out of my account with $300 in it. Then when I tried to resolve the issue they took my money and didn't give me a single reason why. Legit thieves and an absolute scam. Don't trust!

They allowed me to get scammed $300. I sent them proof of all the pictures of how it said I got the money and then the person canceled it. They didn’t help me neither did Bovada . They are scammers. They don’t care about the consumers screw them and don’t use them.
