MatchDay HealthReviews of matchday.health

Top notch company! From my first phone call to my completion of the fellowship I have been impressed with the expertise and compassion each member of the team has. I worked with Rami and Dominic and I could not say enough good things about them. Extremely professional (very easy to schedule, always on time, etc). Very knowledgeable about the career space and the little details to help with resumes/interviews/networking.

Working with the coaches at MatchDay (I worked with Dominic) was one of the best decisions I made for my career. The coaches are empathetic and caring approach and I felt supported every step of the way. They have incredible depth of knowledge about today’s career landscape and shared invaluable insider tips that truly set me apart from other candidates. From refining my resume to nailing interview prep, MatchDay helped me showcase my skills and experiences in the best possible light. I not only landed interviews but also secured a role that aligns perfectly with my aspirations.

I worked with Matchday for about 1 year in an effort to move from traditional healthcare as RN, into health tech. Dominic’s guidance and expertise was unmatched. Having structure behind what I needed to focus on each week gave me so much clarity and relieved extra stress during my search. And while I am still searching for my next, “ideal” role, I very much have the necessary tools needed to accomplish this. It’s now just a matter of continued action and time!

The fact that I was able to land a job after working with MatchDay for ONLY 2 MONTHS is mind blowing. Before starting with MatchDay, I had spent money on resume help and 8 months of non-stop applications, I had implemented all the "tips and tricks", took all the advice that I could get but all I heard were crickets. The coaches are awesome and management is not only supportive but they come from a healthcare background and so they truly understand how to navigate the unknowns of pivoting from clinical patient-facing positions to healthtech roles that utilize my skillset to be apart of the innovation that the healthtech field offers.

After nearly a decade within healthcare and direct patient care, I was ready to pivot my career towards project management—but navigating that shift felt overwhelming. Matchday Health (especially my coach, Shannon Ward) provided the career coaching, guidance, and support I needed to make it happen. Their expertise helped me translate my clinical experience into valuable business skills, refine my career direction, and ultimately land a role that aligns with my passion for healthcare in a new way. Thanks to their support, I’m now stepping into a Project Facilitator role. My time with Matchday has been invaluable. I am extremely grateful to their amazing team. If you're a healthcare professional looking to make a career transition, I highly recommend Matchday Health!

I joined MatchDay early on, and the team is committed to helping people land their dream jobs in the healthcare industry. Shannon, my coach, was kind, energetic, and incredibly helpful. She supported me in many ways, including reworking my resume, fine-tuning my LinkedIn profile to better reflect my goals, providing interview preparation, and staying attentive to my needs throughout the process. I would recommend Shannon in a heartbeat! When I enrolled in the program, it was evident that the team valued client feedback and continuously used it to refine their services. I believe that this reflects their dedication to growth and ambition to create meaningful impact.

The interview prep I received from my coach was top-notch. Shannon is absolutely amazing. She didn’t just help me practice answers, she helped me own my story. The personalized coaching gave me the confidence and clarity I needed to really stand out, and I honestly believe that’s what made the difference between landing my dream job and falling short. If you want real support that sets you apart, MatchDay Health is the way to go! Highly recommend!

I’m very pleased with the support and guidance that MatchDay provided during the entire process. The individualized coaching structure allows you to be in the driver seat, and Shannon, who I worked closely with, was always so encouraging. A very smooth and positive experience overall.
