company has broken so many promises
This company has broken so many promises. They’ve consistently pushed back the delivery of certain courses citing the default responses each time “We are currently finishing x, and we can’t work on y because…” Yet on their discord they are working on a tonne of things that aren’t related to the courses. They want to scale, they want to translate the videos into different languages, they want to partner up with other businesses. That’s all well and good but for the love of god FINISH OFF YOUR COURSES. You have broken promise after promise after promise and it’s been a year since I’ve purchased and many many many other customers feel The same. Your time and energy is scattered into different verticals when it should be to finish of the courses

Hello Egibi, we are really sorry you feel so negative about Masters Academy. At the date of your review 9 out of 10 courses are already out. And we have provided free educational resources on the 10th topic (SEO). Also the courses cover a lot more topics than initially promised. We have always done our best to over deliver on our promises. It is important to mention that we are creating extremely comprehensive courses that are the best in each respective area covering absolutely everything about huge topics that are entire professions in their own right. This is not at all easy and it just takes a lot of resources and time. For example our Google ads course can easily be sold as 5 different courses covering search, display, mobile, shopping and youtube. Currently we have over 250 hours of video and another 200 hours in exercises. And we will continue adding content for our premium members at no additional cost. Also whenever someone has asked for information about any topic we have always provided it and helped with everything we can. And should you need any help with any business or marketing related topic we will always help you. All that said, you do have the right to be disappointed that the content is delayed and we want you to know we take your feedback very seriously and we will focus all our time and energy to finish the last course. We will provide an update here once it is finished and we can only hope you will change your review to reflect the quality of our courses. We thank you for the honest feedback and we hope you will not hesitate to tell us how you feel in the future.
