I've been studying and practicing videography and filmmaking for a little over 10 years now. Started my business officially 2 years back. I've taken many classes online and so far Eric's seminars have been the most insightful as far as the sales process goes. His lessons for handling objections have been very helpful. Would recommend!

Jumped into Master Filmmaker's world…
Jumped into Master Filmmaker's world recently, and wow, what a game-changer! They're all about giving video biz owners like us a real shot at success. It's not just empty talk; they've got this hybrid service that feels like they're right there with you, mixing coaching, doing, and teaching all in one.
Their mentorship? Top-notch. Whether you're into group vibes or craving that one-on-one focus, they've got you. What really hits home is how they treat your business like it's theirs – talk about commitment!
They've also got this treasure chest of online training that covers, well, everything. Marketing, sales, you name it. And the community vibe? Imagine being surrounded by folks who get the grind and push you to be better. Priceless.
For newbies, the Video Leads and Sales Workshop is a no-brainer. It's like the ultimate starter pack. And if you're ready to level up, The Academy is where it's at. Think of it as your business's growth spurt, minus the awkward phases.
In short, diving into Master Filmmaker turned out to be one of my slickest moves. If you're on the edge, just go for it. It's more than just a growth path; it's a leap into what's possible for your video business.
Catch ya on the successful side!

These guys are full of it. It may not be a scam but if it walks like a duck….
These guys are full of it. This is a scam. Now I did not pay the 15k they asked for and try the program out but I know from their tactics they are full of it. I did a zoom call with a rep, Dan I think his name was and he was one of the pushiest sales people I’ve encountered. At first I fell for the oh yeah 15k for the opportunity to make 15-25k or more a month in sales sure that may be worth it. I still wanted to research them and think about it over a weekend so he had me pay them $200 for the next meeting and said it was totally refundable. Actually said the $200 would be given back at the next meeting and that they do that to make sure clients are serious, which at the time sounded reasonable. Then I researched them more and found they have quite a few bad ratings and many customers who had terrible experiences with them. So I texted them to refund the money and to cancel our meeting. I was then bombarded with many texts for the next few hours about how I should reconsider and he even basically reset my meeting without my consent and I said they need to just cancel and refund my $200. So he finally said he would in up to 5 days. So I’m ok with this now. Then I get the refund email and somehow they have a different credit card company and the wrong last 4 digits of my card written in the email and so I tell them. They tell me that this is the card I entered using google pay. I tell them no I use a different credit card company. We go back and forth with a few emails of me stating they have the wrong info and they come back each time telling me I’m wrong! So I called my credit card company and disputed the charge and it will be refunded. Long story short, I do not trust this company. They lost me but maybe they could do something for you. I doubt it but I didn’t give them 15k to find out if they could and I would never work with them anyway since they can’t even do a simple refund.
This is a response to Eric’s below. He lies. I don’t know what he’s trying to accomplish here by refunding my payment to a different card but I have to assume that he did this so that he could keep the money. I have a dispute in so I’ll be fine and have no reason to lie about this. I used a visa and he credited back some discover card that I do not have. This tell me the scam is that he will tell the visa company he paid me back but actually simply sent the money to his own discover card which I have evidence that says it’s a prepaid card. Actually he posted that evidence so I don't have to post that. Those can’t be tracked. So it would be way for him to simply send those funds to card he prepaid for that can be refilled easily rather than pay me back and then tell everyone he paid me back what’s the problem!? Yeah beware all. I stand by my concerns that this company is possibly a scam. I think I can actually just say it is a scam since they lied and are trying to steal $200. I’m just glad they weren’t able to really do much more than that.
One more thing. Eric. I hope you are listening. You should take down my personal info since I never told you it was ok to post that. I believe you have to have consent to post things like that. Also that recording of my call, you should just delete that. They recorded my zoom call without my consent as well.
Since we are doing this reply thing, here's my latest to your lie about consent. You can't assume I know that you are recording me. You have to ask. I was not asked. I did not say it was ok. I definitely did not sign a waver or a contract giving you the right to use it for anything. I didn't even see a message that said it was recording which is usually the case. All this tell me is this business is really shady. I hope that others can see this as well. If I was the only person this happened to it would be one thing but it's easy to find many bad comments about this company in other places. I believe these tactics are what scammers use.
If you decide to work with this company, do your research, you will find they've scammed a number of people out there. Search the forums, and see if these positive reviews are actually just friends or even fake people. They will most likely post a bunch of fake positive reviews dated after this one so people will think, of this is just a few bad reviews. If you took out the fake reviews you may find their average is actually much lower than what you see here. Listen to the people who they have wronged and that will really tell you what their goals are.
Oh and I would give them 0 stars if that was an option.
Update: I want to share that Trust pilot was great about taking down Eric's google doc with my personal info on it. He is not telling the truth about my case in his review. I have no reason to lie about this situation, it literally does nothing for me to do so.
The "trolls" he refers to are not trolls, they are actual customers who have had a terrible experience. Trolls tend to be people who lie about others so I'd say Eric is the troll.

UPDATE: PayPal support just sent us this article outlining that they will use Discover cards at certain POS systems proving our point that this was refunded on our end - https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Transactions/Refunded-to-stranger-s-discover-card/td-p/2906529
For everyone reading, here are the facts of the situation:
#1 DT hopped on a call with us excited about growing his video business, he wanted a bit more clarity on specific action steps within the program so our team said we could put together a Monday.com board with specific action items. Because we take a couple of days to customize that to our clients, we ask for a refundable deposit so we aren't wasting our time.
He agreed and we started working on the Monday board. Then over the weekend decided not to move forward and asked for us to refund the deposit, which we did to the payment method we had on file for.
#2 The reviews DT is referring to is an online forum from people who have never taken our program. Our ads have been seen over 50 million times across the entire world, so it's safe to assume we have a percentage of "trolls" online just like anyone else.
#3 DT was sent an invoice to take care of the deposit so everything was entered on HIS end for this. And the only card we have on file for him is a Discover card which we refunded when he asked us. (Please email [email protected] and we'd be happy to share full evidence of this)
We are not interested in ruining our reputation over $200 or any amount of money.
We can ONLY refund payment methods that we have on file, and we have no VISA card on file since DT entered all of his own information.
#4 DT was notified via the standard zoom recording software that this call is being recorded and he had to physically click the "would you like to continue with the zoom call" consent box to stay in the meeting otherwise it would automatically kick him if he did not consent to the recording (standard zoom compliance).
And because we recorded the meeting you can clearly see Don received the invoice and completed that on his end. Therefore the ONLY information we have from Don is information he himself entered.
(Please email [email protected] and we'd be happy to share full evidence of this)
Again, this is why we record all zoom calls so there's no question about exactly what happened on the call.
At the end of the day, we're sorry to hear about this experience Don and we hope you can get the help you need to scale your video business.
Update: Trustpilot will not allow us to post google links with evidence, if you'd like to see please email [email protected]
And to DT's reply, we have no reason to lie about $200, we onboard 20-30 clients per month and currently have 268 active paying clients for our full program and we are not interested in arguing with people on Trustpilot over a deposit that we've already refunded.

I waited and waited and I wish I would have started sooner.
I recently decided to join this program after contemplating it for some time, and I am thrilled that I finally took the leap. The insights and knowledge shared have been incredibly eye-opening, especially from a business standpoint. In just my first week, I have already experienced numerous "Aha" moments that have helped me see things in a new light. The dedication and professionalism of the team behind this program are evident, and the sense of community they have cultivated is truly impressive. I am confident in saying that investing in this program was a decision I will not regret - it has been well worth it.

I really do not regret purchasing this…
I really do not regret purchasing this program. I'm only in Week 2 and my mind has been blown away with the business knowledge and it's formatted in a way where it's very digestible. I was able to apply new information to my business asap. If you are a Freelancer looking to transform your video business, this is the place to learn how to do that. No fluff, they are straight to the point, down to business out the gate! Also I love the community inside the program everyone provides feedback, you don't feel alone. I really do like the fact that my Coach checks in on me throughout the week to make sure my head is still in the game.
