I bought the 27 retainer templates and they seem to be very informative to the client as to what is included and a section to be able to up-sell or things that is not included in the base price. This is great as it makes it clear what is included in each offer and what is not. And your cost are given ahead of any issues that you might come across later in the game when you need to charge for something extra.

They were up front and honest. They know what they are talking about. Just digging in now.
