DO NOT TRUST EZ CANOPY CO., LIMITED (Mastercanopy)

This company does not back up the one-year frame warranty- it is poorly made and is not worth half of what they ask for it. They wanted me to pay for shipping (however, it was not fair to have to pay almost half of what I paid for the entire gazebo), therefore, they decreased the fee, however, after I said fine, they have not replied back and have not followed through with the warranty and are now ghosting me. I will make sure that I share my experience every where's possible online, in person, however, so that this does not happen to anyone else, since we all work hard for our money and a warranty should be fulfilled.
