I have never found any probiotics that…
I have never found any probiotics that work like these do!!!!!! And I’ve tried many!!! I won’t search anymore. I have sever IBS and these are the only ones that have helped. I get way less attack’s and less severe pain. God sent!!!! Thanks for making such a great product!!!

Customer service is very helpful
Customer service is very helpful. However, while I understand that your product can withstand being without refrigeration; then it should not be necessary to refrigerate once received and this should not be a featured point. And, if the product is housed in -10 degree then with two day priority mail, the bottle should at least be cool to the touch when received. The order was very disappointing and I may not reorder given I can buy similar products that do not require refrigeration.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and share your experience. I understand that probiotic stability can be confusing and every company may seem to have their own theory. We have been helping people since 2003 and have shipped the same way that whole time. We take extra measures like using amber glass bottles, including moisture and absorption packets, shipping same day, storing at -10 degrees etc, so that the customer doesn't have to worry about the stability.
Some probiotic strains DO NOT need refrigeration at all, these are called Bacillus Coagulans, they are spore forming strains and come from the soil, they are quite stable but if you want the tried and tested strains of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus bacteria then you need to understand how to handle them and it isn't about shipping on ice. Here are few things we do to keep moisture, oxygen and heat from negatively impacting our products:
• Using glass to reduce moisture and vapor that can penetrate cheaper plastic bottles.
• Including moisture absorption packets inside the bottle.
• Including silica, a micro-nutrient, to reduce moisture.
• Using Rayon wadding instead of cotton to absorb excess water.
• Using a nitrogen flush to remove all excess oxygen prior to hermetically sealing the bottle.
• Including a desiccant packet for oxygen absorption.
• Using Vitamin C as a natural anti-oxidant.
We keep our probiotic supplements frozen at -10°F to reduce their metabolic rates which diminishes their opportunities to proliferate prematurely. Keeping them frozen up until the day they ship preserves the viability and allows for temperature leniency during transit.
We ship from our warehouse in Minnesota and can generally have our products delivered anywhere in the United States within 3 business days, which isn’t enough time to reduce the potency of our probiotics (even in crazy high temperatures in excess of 100°F)! As long as you refrigerate our supplements upon arrival and especially once the seal is broken, they will meet or exceed the guaranteed potency through expiration!
