I spend $9 to have 2 day shipping and it’s been in “transit” for 9 days now. So glad my clients don’t depend on this or else they could have severe problems
Response from Master Supplements, Inc.Sep 20, 2019
Hello Miles, I am sorry for this delay, we have refunded the $8.50 in shipping charges and according to the tracking, this package is out for delivery today. This package was shipped on the 11th with dozens of other packages that were all delivered between the 12th and the 14th. I don't have an answer to what happened to this particular package between MN and TN but after 15 years, we have occasionally seen random delays from the PO. We'll keep an eye on the tracking to make sure it gets to you today. I also wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that Master Supplements has recently acquired US Enzymes and as of this September, we have begun fulfilling orders from our warehouse in Victoria MN. US Enzymes products will now be shipping M-F. We tried very hard to fulfill every order accurately and efficiently and I apologize that our partnership with the USPS wasn't satisfactory. Master Supplements has 9 U.S. patents on our probiotic formulas and have guaranteed noticeable results since 2002. We are excited to be partnering with the US Enzymes team and expanding into therapeutic enzymes and fiber supplements- I hope to gain your trust both in our logistics capability and also product performance! If you have any questions, please feel free to give Sophie at call at 800-926-2961 or shoot us an e-mail: [email protected] Sorry for the inconvenience- Jeff Porubcan, President Master Supplements/US Enzymes
