Hi Linda, this particular order was placed on a Sunday evening and did ship the following day however something out of the ordinary happened with this package once it was in the care of the USPS. I know customer service expedited an overnight reshipment via UPS at no additional charge so hopefully that service is enough to warrant an upgrade to the 1 star review but if not we can accept that, USPS is usually reliable after 20 years but something certainly went wrong with this order and we apologize for everything not going seamlessly.
