I wish to give a zero star
I wish to give a zero star if it is allowed. This merchant sells used and defective item as “new” item. They also refused to issue refund after you return. The worst seller!!!!

I had a very bad experience with…
I had a very bad experience with MassGene customer service. I was trying to return an item. I understood that MassGene’s return policy was to follow the seller’s “stated return policy”. I explained to the representative that on the seller’s shopping page I could not find any return policy. She didn’t even try to investigate my statement, say to look at the seller’s site or ask me for screenshots of the site. She insisted that the seller’s submitted return policy involved a restock fee and therefore I had to pay the fee. It’s completely non-sense. Plus her tone was not welcoming. I ended up keeping the item I never use. I would NEVER buy anything from MassGene again and I had been telling my friends not to.

I purchased the product and was never contacted waited weeks for the items to come but never got the product finally had to cancel and ask for my money back

They Need to Understand Customer Service
I ordered an item on MassGenie and there was no indication that it was to be sent via email or in the physical mail. I had to contact their robo-support who got me to a real person (who knows where) and the said finally it was going to be sent via email. The delay was ridiculous. I would not recommend this seller at all.

I received the wrong color boots
I received the wrong color boots. I have sent them a photo 3 times. I keep getting the run-around. Will never order through this company again. Horrible customer service

Very slow respond
Very slow respond, when purchasing the item, the process went thru really quick. But when returning the item and request for an approval, no respond. Not a place for business
