You may think you save a bit money…
You may think you save a bit money burying things from this company. However, you may suffer much more loss. This is not a reliable and responsible company, they don’t value their customer at all. I bought a Bose earphone from this website. But my package was stolen because the delivery company left my earphone outsider my door. But the company said they could do thing because they were the third party platform. So it has been 2 months, they don’t give me any solving method and don’t reply my emails. If you are consider of buying anything form this website, please think seriously!

They just want your credit card numbers
Did not accept my payment with 3 different cards, all valid. I know because the transaction went thru from my bank's and credit card's side. Also charged me for these orders that never shipped but site states that I will not be charged until the item ships. The 2nd part isn't as bad as just trying to collect credit card numbers. Look up the BBB complaints on these scammers, I should have done so before trying with other cards. Now I have 3 cards to cancel instead of just 1 or 2.

It was never clear if my purchase went…
It was never clear if my purchase went through. The transaction was even beginning to show on my credit card statement. Waited over a week for something to happen, maybe an email to say I didn't get the item. Nothing. Put me behind a week on an item I was trying to get for work. Then I found something else on another site and came back here to try cancelling the order. Did it cancel? It says it did after I clicked cancel but every time I check back it doesn't show it's cancelled. I can't trust a site that won't update an order to show cancelled when I check back on it. Now I'm going to go check to make sure I was billed on my credit card for something that was never clear that was purchased. DO NOT START CHARGING someone's credit card if there is no purchase. That's ILLEGAL.

The transactions you saw on your card statement was just a pending pre-authorization (not a charge yet) for your purchase. Since you cancelled the order, it was reversed to your account automatically and you should've received a confirmation email with your cancellation. Never received item
It was the first time I had tried out MassGenie and I was excited to get a good price on a Google Home Hub. The problem is that I never received it. I emailed both MassGenie and Fedex and was told by both that there's nothing they can do (or will do) because the package was delivered. Not happy with MassGenie or Fedex.
