I ordered Microbe Life All-In-One Quart on 5/30/2019 for $6.52. Its been payed for out of my account but now I can't even login in to the website to track my order... check my order details or anything... I'd like to have some answers. I haven't even received any emails regarding my purchase which is odd. Its been like this for a couple of days now...

Definitely upset at the moment. I ordered an Xbox live 12-month code, received a day or so later, and it doesn’t work. It came up as invalid (not already redeemed, but invalid entirely). I tried to call massgenie during operating hours and got an answering machine. I am very upset, and would like a working code or a refund. We’ll see what happens and I will update here accordingly.

Awful customer service and my card kept getting declined for no reason.

Mass genie advertised the Google home hub for $66.99 the coupon code is GHHUBSHCGACHR I was the winning buyer of the power deal so i paid for the item on 6/1/19 then today 6/4/19 i received an email from mass genie saying that my credit card didn't go thru and i needed to update my payment method i try to do that with no success i even tried my amex and the charge went thru i see then on my amex card app page. Then something tell me to call customer service i immediately contacted mass genie customer service by telephone to make sure the payment was processed the representative told me that the order was canceled and they can no longer honor the coupon code. They did not offer to replace the order or find a solution to the problem. I think mass genie only takes your money hold it their bank account to build interest then after they gain some interest they release the funds back to your credit card at your expense which causes your cc company to charge you interest on money you gained nothing for. Now tell me if this fair.

I don't like the way your business is done. Money is tight and people just can't take the chance of being charged full price for something that was advertised at $14.99. you need to be up front with customers who take the time to answer your emails and shop your website. I want my card information , address and personnel information deleted and close my account.

Confusing marketplace platform, where a seller actually can decline a sale. If a buyer must commit to purchasing an item, sellers should commit to selling it too.

Demanded unnecessary personal information (bank statements) to "verify" transaction, which I refused to give, then told me they had an issue with the supplier and had to reorder again. Once ai did, the order was outright cancelled. Will never use massgenie again.

They send a generated email of your order then change the price later once your order is confirmed it is a scam because they use false advertisement and power deal made up sales to lure consumers. Please go elsewhere with your time, money and information
