If I could refrain from giving this place a 1 star then I would! I purchased a product 5-24. 5-28 shipping info became available. It stayed the same for 2 weeks. I messaged them multiple times and never got a resolution. I called them 6-11 still with no resolution. They only gave me the run around. They kept saying please allow 24-48 hours for resolution. I called back 6-14 and was told the refund would be credited by today 6-17. I called back today and they are now telling me to wait an additional 24-48 hours to allow for the refund. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and my lawyer will be getting in touch with them if this isn’t resolved ASAP! Don’t waste your time or money with this place!

My debit card was used fraudulently on this website. I called to get it resolved. I was told it would be submitted to the fraud department for review, and I should wait 3-5 business days to see a refund. After 7 business days without a refund I was told that they had a lot of fraudulent charge activity on their website and there was a back log. I was again told they would submit it to the fraud department and I should wait another 3-5 business days. Based on this situation, I don't recommend this website, and I'll never do business on this website.

Tried to buy the Google Home Hub from them. Order went through, but then a few minutes later got an email saying that the order was "on hold" and that I needed to update my payment settings. I did this over SIX times, tried with two different credit cards, called the credit card companies to make sure that they weren't blocking the transaction, spoke to MassGenie support via email, online chat and phone, but they were still unable to resolve it. I ended up using eBay instead. I would not recommend MassGenie to anyone.

Attempted to purchase a nintendo switch a couple days ago. A day later was emailed saying that my credit card info was incorrect (it's correct). Attempts to update the payment information on the website resulted in 4 additional pending charges on my card for the full price of the item. Was told by customer support that the pending charges will fall off in a week or so and to try to order it again. If I was entering the information incorrectly, I wouldn't have 5 pending changes on my card. I'm not sure if it's shady business or not, but it's really not encouraging. Can't really see myself attempting to order anything again unless those charges don't actually try to post.

Ordered Xbox live code. Received deactivated code instead. Been ignored for the past two weeks. The actual seller “everything deals” has been ignoring my request for a new code or refund for two weeks now. Sent numerous emails and texts and calls. No response. Will be opening up a fraud case with my bank against massgenie. It’s the only way to get my money back. Horrible customer service. Scam website or they are just highly incompetent.

I bought two pairs of shoes the end of April. One pair fit great but the other pair did not. I returned the pair of shoes to the company (not massgenie) who had sold them to me and have still not gotten a refund! 5-23-19 massgenie sent an email saying I'd see my refund in 5-7 days and now they won't even reply!

The worst customer service, I call them and the said that there are some problems with the payment, but on my bank account is all fine. I just brought some PlayStation Plus: 12 Month Membership (Digital Code), and I must live in USA so then can send me the code!!!

Sadly 0 stars isn't a choice, this company is a scam factory or extremely incompetent, I order a Google Home Hub about a week ago, it took $82.68, out of my checking account, and never sent my order, I didn't even do the power deal, I just did the "buy now" option. So I email them about this and they claim they can't find my account and ask for the order number, which I have a gave to them. That was 3 days ago and I haven't heard from them since, I'm going to tell everyone on the entire internet what a sham this whole website is, the sleeping giant has been woken.
