Deceptive Business Practices Poor seller. Attempted what appeared to be a "bait and switch". Advertised a paperwhite 7th generation, but sent a poor condition regular kindle. Massgene should provide a voucher for a paperwhite 7th generation instead of acting like they are doing us a favor by offering a refund. They already have to refund the purchase. They are not doing us a favor.

What a bogus site. I bought a "Power Deal" and was told a day later, after I received confirmation from AMEX that the transaction was approved, that my payment was declined. Declined from MassGenie, maybe but not from AMEX. They like to advertise these pretty deals but do not back them. If it looks too good to be true, it is. Shop somewhere else and save your time arguing with these people.

Made purchase "buy now", NOT A POWER DEAL, and it was cancelled by seller. I returned to MassGenie and the item was still listed. I again made the purchase only for it to be cancelled once again. I reached out to the Customer Service department. They could not explain why the sales was cancelled but offered that maybe the seller didn't have the size. However, if the seller ran out of the size, then the website should reflect that.

Credit card was stolen and used to purchase a "power deal". I was able to cancel my card before the payment authorization went through. I reported this to the company but have not received any response to the theft. However it is the weekend and they do say that customer service is closed on weekends and holidays. My email account was also hacked at the same time and the hackers deleted it so I will not be able to see any responses from them. At the same time, my credit card was used to purchase gift cards from egifts.com. So not sure where if these companies are victims too or are part of the theft ring. I am posting this here as a warning and in hopes that the companies will tighten their security (?)

This is one of the longest and weirdest ways I have ever tried to buy a ps plus membership DIGITAL code. The power deal went through I have 4 different emails confirming this but still can not get my DIGITAL CODE after 24 hrs

I suppose its fine if nothing goes wrong, but I purchased a digital code that is invalid and I can't get any support. They say they have contacted the seller, but the seller just re-sent the same non-working code. Both of my support tickets are status Closed. Good luck if you have any issues.

TRIED MANY CARD NOT WORKING

Horrible experience. I placed an order for a Nintendo Switch on massgenie.com on 6/25 today is July 8 and the item is still not here. i had to call Mass genie because order was "pending" for almost a week. after that, seller printed a label on July 1st with an estimated delivery of July 8th. today is July 8th and tracking number that seller just gave FEDEX the package today. My son has been waiting all this time and I dont know if he will ever get this one. I don't even know if seller will send the right item or its just a scam and killing time.
