Good deal but I ordered the Andar Apollo wallet almost a week ago and they still haven't shipped it out to me.

Trying to purchase the steam $100 card for 85 and it will not let me.

Well I thought they were simple and easy. They were able to hit my account for the authorization charge of a dollar but, couldn't charge it for the actual order I placed due to billing information. I then called my bank and confirmed all the info I was giving them was correct. I then contacted back the company and they still weren't able to help me process my transaction nor were they able to take the order over the phone (Makes no sense). I am disappointed, and I was unable to make my purchase. The woman I spoke with on the phone was unable to do just about everything except refresh the deal they were offering and to tell me that its my fault the billing wasn't working (it was not). I asked to speak with a manager or maybe someone else who can dig a little deeper she said he would call me, he didn't, she did... to relay the message he said. Obviously still get me no where. Thanks for frustrating me beyond recognition. ** Update they (customer service manager *finally*) tried calling an hr. after I changed my review with Trustpilot.** Too bad they were too late and I ended up having to buy through a different company... I am disappointed. Why wait for a bad review to fix the situation, the manager should have called me back I would have waited for him to be available as long as it was within 2 hrs. of the window for the deal. which was another 20hrs. Too late now maybe the next time I try to order (if their is a next time) I will have a better experience till then... I hope this is helpful to anyone who maybe thinking about placing an order with MassGenie or, maybe helps to make the call center and website better.

I bought noise canceling headphones on a power buy on a Tuesday morning, and it didn’t ship until 3 days later. I thought they were going to say that my purchase was voided or they were out of stock or some kind of excuse. For 3 days I didn’t know if I was going to even get my purchase or not. I’m used to 1 maybe 2 days for something to ship. 3 days to me is far too long. After 2 days I sent an email and asked what the holdup was, and asked why my credit card payment was still pending and why it hadn’t been finalized and shipped, and I never heard back with a reason or an apology. Either would have made it a little better. In my opinion customer service needs to respond and at least give a reason about the issue and assure the customer that it’ll be sent out ASAP.

My order was cancelled out of nowhere. Payment was made and everything. Refund was delivered, though. Heed with caution

I was trying to buy the flamingo pink insta camera but i never new what happened after i added my payment details and clicked on Power buy. Later i get get an email saying i have created a power deal. This is now a good user experience. Luckily i didn't go ahead and buy it from other place or i would have duplicated the cameras.

Puts me on a subscription list w/o my permission. This should always be voluntary and I should never have to click to unsubscribe. *update* gave them 1 additional star cause they called me super quickly to remove me.

My order was cancelled. Hopefully next time will be a better experience.
