I would give zero if able. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Necklace caused a serious rash which lasted for weeks-almost went to urgent care. Have written numerous times-no reply. I usually do my due diligence on companies but was rushing. The reviews are awful. Not BBB accredited. TOTAL SCAM.

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. After taking my money, this company completely disappeared. No responses to emails, no returned calls, and no effort to resolve the issue. Their silence speaks volumes about how they treat customers. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. They stole money from me and we will be taking action as this is completely a disaster of a company.

Scam company, they stole my order never give my money back

I haven’t gotten my order. I messaged and emailed them but they ignored me. Don’t trust to this seller. Good thing I used PayPal when I was checking out; I got my money back through PayPal.

This company is full of shit. I only received one item instead of two. I emailed them but they never replied. I should be refunded for the heart necklace worth $200 which I didn’t receive.

I want to report the seller Mason & Madison for using fake, automated consumer reviews to deceive buyers. Multiple reviews on the product page use the exact same word-for-word text under different names (for example, the reviews titled 'Birthday Bling Joy' and 'Golden Glow Gift' repeat identically). This is a high-ticket item ($500), and the seller is fabricating customer satisfaction to mislead consumers into making expensive purchases. I would not recommend buying anything from this company because the only result a person can get with this company is to get fooled and f***ed.

They will not return emails. Spent extra for shipping and they still sent item the cheapest way possible. If I didn't pay for shipping, it would have been sent the same way.

Do not buy from Mason and Madison!! Beware at all cost!! Wrong items sent. Mason and Madison stopped responding to my request for my return label and has completely ghosted me!! This is the actions of a fraudulent company. On top of all that, the wrong items that were sent are horrible quality. I would be embarrassed to give these items to my girlfriend!! Buyer beware!! You have been warned!!
