We waste so much food so I thought I would give this a try. I made jar salads and Waldorf salad with apples. 3 days later we were still eating fresh salads and the apples did not turn brown. I know there have been some mixed reviews about not sealing but I find that you need to use a little caution when removing the masongenie so you don’t break the seal.

I bought the mason genie about one month ago and have used it multiple times. After the basic learning curve, I found it to be a very useful tool to help save on buying produce. There was only one problem. ME. I am 79 and have arthritis in both hands. Trying to remove the Genie after a sealing process, was very hard to do and the resulting pain lasted through the next day. I would highly recommend Mason Genie to younger persons (without arthritis). It works as advertised and effectively keeps your food fresh for a much longer time than other methods. Saving grocery money.

Ordering was fast and easy. Used it the next day, after charging (which it did not need). My vegetables are all cut up and stored for the next week. Looking for sales upcoming. The product worked as described and I am not disappointed. I'm the person who loves gadgets and then they don't work as expected. Mason Genie is NOT that product. This is my favorite product that I have purchased in probably 10-20 years. Thank you, thank you This has the potential not only to save money but get me away from plastic bags too. Oh Yes, it did cost a little extra, we bought a freezer so that we can take advantage of sales. :)

I accidentally ordered 2 of an item, I emailed them and messaged them on Facebook. They cancelled 1 of them and credited my form of payment. Good customer service Mason Genie. Hard to find any companies off Facebook anymore that do not require sending the item back to China. I have not received the item yet so will have to wait and see the quality and if it works.

My experience was great because I had used the wrong shipping address. I sent an email to have it changed and the response was excellent. They changed the address so I will receive my Mason Genie that I have been wanting for awhile.
