I ordered this for my mother, as she specifically requested it for her birthday. I called to tell her, and she said that my brother had given her the starter kit when he was in town last weekend. I contacted support to cancel the order, and Marie responded in about five minutes and canceled the order. I used to run a corporate customer support department for a movie theater chain, so I wanted to emphasize how extremely impressed I am with that sort of response time. Also, my mom did say that she's enjoying the mason genie, but the cats aren't too sure about it!

The prompt cancellation of the order was outstanding. When I placed the original order I didn't know my wife had ordered and received the Mason Genie already. Other companies have refused to cancel orders because they said that the order was shipped even though the cancelation was made within five minutes of the order.

I accidently ordered an extra set and realized I had already ordered the 2sets and when I went to cancel the one order it was done so fast !!! very fast to respond !

I inadvertently ordered more than i intended. I contacted Mason Genie and they were very accommodating and canceled my duplicate order. No hassles, no sorry about your luck. Just friendly easy to work with results.

This gadget is the best … I’m actually a bit obsessed with this. I recently gave away most of my Mason jars so I am curing more jars now. It keeps produce so much longer. Very happy I finally purchased this!
