Quick and friendly services. Marie quickly answered my email and notified me if the one refund. I had accidentally hit the tab when checking out and added a second genie. I retired from work last Dec due to a back injury. Since I retired arthritis in my wrists has flared up and using the manual pump makes it worse. I don’t start social security until next month. I’ve been living off of my savings. So even buying a genie was an expense for me. But I wanted to invest in best rather than replacing it down the road. My friends recommended your brand. They have been very happy with it.

I absolutely LOVE this thing!! It has saved me so much in products that we would’ve normally thrown out bc it went stale. No more!! There was such a tight seal on my jar from using the genie that when I popped the jar open, the oatmeal in it “flew” bc the seal was so airtight! Love love love the Mason Genie and plan on buying more- I use it ALL THE TIME!!

I noticed an error on my order when I received the emailed receipt. I sent an email as soon as I realized the error, and got a prompt reply that the extra item had been removed from the order, and it has been refunded to my credit card. Great service!

Contacted customer service with a few questions. Debbie responded quickly and answered each one and even made recommendations that had not occurred to me. Her suggestions will certainly be used! Great response time as well!

Excellent customer service. I was having an issue with my checkout and they were very responsive to my questions. The Mason Genie is so convenient for quick re-seals. It will pay for itself in no time. I am amazed how long berries stay fresh. I no longer have to throw away moldy blueberries.

What a terrific product! Im so happy to use my Masongenie to store foods in glass instead of plastic baggies. Plus, it helps to extend the life of organic foods, as they spoil faster. Less chemicals, less waste, and fun to use, all good! 👍👍
