Prompt follow up on my inquiry

This company has the greatest customer support I have encountered recently. I had an issue with my Mason Genie not keeping a charge until it finally died. It's only 9 months old so I thought it should still be working properly. I sent an email to customer support and they responded immediately. I had to send a video of what was going on and the second I sent that I received an email that said a shipment was being prepared. I received the new Mason Genie today (Thursday). So in less than a week I received the replacement. I didn't have email 10 times to get someone to listen and then fight to get a new one. It was very simple and I am beyond happy.

Wow what a great useful product the Mason Genie is!!! Sealing kitchen foods for the pantry as well as for the frig and not worrying about things spoiling quickly before use, that means more time to take advantage of food items or other items that are on sale, thereby SAVING MONEY! Who isn't for that. The company stands behind their product 100% therefore making it very reliable to buy from. Thank you Mason Genie for helping the public save on food and time and money!! You can also seal things for camping such as TP, matches, etc, things are unlimited. If you don't have one...................GET ONE!

All of a sudden my wonder genie wasn’t working properly - I uploaded a video to show them the issue and within 15 minutes I had an email confirming a new one was on the way! Remarkable service. Very impressed
