Thank you for your review! We're sorry you had such a negative experience. We've been trying to contact you to resolve the issue with your address being incorrect and the product being returned. Since you first contacted us about this we thought we had resolved the issue with you by your selection of obtaining a refund since the address you gave us in Puerto Rico was undeliverable and there was no other alternative address given. If there is anything else we can do to resolve this please let us know.
