Great design, got noticed right away and received alot of compliments. However the craftsmanship is really bad like cheap china labor, also if you are getting it shipped your bag maybe all out of shape. Wish i could rate it better but sadly the bad sewing took all the joy out of the purchase.

Poor quality. Smaller than I thought. Color online isn’t accurate. Shipping took so much longer than expected

Hi Kaitlyn. Hope this finds you well and thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you are disappointed in your order. We are currently operating at reduced capacity due to COVID-19 safety restrictions. Furthermore, due to the Holidays, carriers are extremely busy. This may results in shipping delays, explaining why delivery took longer than expected. Our website indicates dimensions for all our products to get customers an idea of how big bags are. Again, apologies for the inconvenience and Happy Holidays. Best. Masha Hasel team.
